Dr. Aditya Samal is a renowned Invasive Cardiologist in Houston, Texas, USA with over 15 years of experience. With a vision of bringing world-class treatment facilities to the healthcare industry in Odisha, he has played a major role in introducing the best technology, service, administrative policies, and staff in Utkal. He is credited with various clinical research projects and is actively involved in a charitable foundation, the Foundation for Health Care Improvement in Odisha, which promotes high-quality education in healthcare. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and has received Fellowship in Cardiology from the prestigious Ochsner Clinic, USA. He is also an active member of the American College of Physicians and Cardiology and has numerous research manuscripts published in many American journals.

Dr. Kalyan Rath is a Primary Care Physician in private practice, specializing in Paediatrics and General Medicine in Texas, USA. With an extensive experience in clinical practice, medical education, and healthcare administration, he brings a comprehensive approach to patient care and leadership at Utkal. He envisions bringing world-class healthcare facilities to Odisha, with a focus on the highest standards of technology, service quality, administrative policies, and professional staffing. Dr. Kalyan Rath has scholarly experience in teaching medical students in community-based settings and has been actively involved in healthcare administration throughout his career. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Paediatrics. He currently serves as the Medical Director of a Federal Community Health Center and has previously served as Chief of Staff, Executive Committee Member, and Chair of multiple committees at a local hospital. He is also affiliated with several professional academies, associations, and societies across the United States.

Mr. B K Subodh Singh is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in hospital operations and overall hospital management. With a proven track record in leadership and operational excellence, he brings deep expertise in driving efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth at UHPL. His experience in Operations and Lean Management stems from extensive involvement in projects alongside leading global management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young (EY). With his wealth of experience, Mr. Singh is a valuable addition to the leadership team, contributing significantly to the hospital’s continued growth and success. Under his leadership, the hospital is well-positioned to reach new heights of operational and clinical excellence. Mr. Singh holds a Master’s Degree in Hospital Management from the Apollo Institute of Hospital Administration (Osmania University). His additional qualifications include MPS Certified Associate from Satmetrix, USA; a Postgraduate Certificate in General Management from XLRI; Certified Auditor training in Energy Management Systems from BSI; and an Advanced Management Certificate in Innovation from AIMA. In his previous roles, Mr. Singh has held senior leadership positions with some of the most respected healthcare organizations, including Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Hyderabad; Apollo Hospitals Group in Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar; and Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Centre (HMC), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Pragyan R Gharai is a distinguished healthcare and education professional known for his visionary leadership and commitment to driving transformative change across the healthcare and education sectors. He is focused on advancing institutions with best‑in‑class technology, service quality, robust administrative policies, and skilled manpower. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). He has also successfully completed his Ph.D. from KIIT Deemed University. Dr. Gharai currently serves as the Managing Director of Viswass Group of Institutes, Bhubaneswar. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Oracle Corporation in San Francisco, USA. He has received several awards and recognitions for his successful ventures and contributions to the fields of healthcare and education.

Dr. Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra is an MBBS graduate from V.S.S. Medical College, Burla, Odisha, and has also completed his M.S. in Orthopaedic Surgery from Sambalpur University. He has worked successfully with various hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. For the past 10 years, Dr. Mohapatra has been operating his own clinic in Bhubaneswar.

Er. Subrat Das is a Production Engineer by profession, started his journey as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, serving in the field for 10 years. His visionary, forward-thinking approach and strong social commitment motivated him to leave lucrative employment and become the architect behind the establishment of one of the now leading Polytechnic and ITI institutions in a remote and backward area of Cuttack district in the year 2005. He has also established an engineering house involved in the development and manufacturing of agricultural implements and general fabrication at the Mancheswar Industrial Estate, Bhubaneswar. He is handling responsibilities as one of the Directors of a leading construction house of Odisha, where his dedication is reflected in the consistent completion of engineering operations and execution of railway projects both in India and abroad. Notably, his company executed the laying of 165 kms of railway track in the war‑torn Jaffna area of Sri Lanka during the years 2011-13. The construction of the Utkal Healthcare Building stands as an example of the expertise and state‑of‑the‑art capabilities of his company. His deep commitment to sustainable development, underprivileged upliftment, and women empowerment is clearly manifested through his brainchild, the Nita Women Football Academy. The association has so far bagged many awards and laurels both within and outside the state. As one of the Board of Directors of this multispeciality hospital, his long‑cherished philanthropic vision, we wish, may continue to expand to greater horizons.

He began his service career in the year 1986 with Jagatjit Industries Ltd. and has over 30 years of experience in the field of marketing, having worked in several top management positions. At present, Mr. Panda serves as a Director at Utkal Health Care Pvt. Ltd., where he is responsible for overseeing the healthcare market, including the management of the tertiary healthcare center.

He founded a digital payment app, Innopay, which quickly rose to prominence. Under his leadership, the company innovated at the intersection of technology and finance, offering solutions that made financial services more accessible, transparent, and user‑friendly. We aim to introduce specialities that were previously unavailable in Odisha for the benefit of its people.
Nuclear Medicine, a globally growing speciality, was not available in Odisha until we introduced it.
We established Odisha's first Nuclear Medicine facility under its unit, Utkal Institute of Medical Science, in Bhubaneswar.
